Setting the Table.

The need is all around. Churches are struggling to stay open, leaders are weary, families and friendships are strained. And on every side of the city we see overwhelming poverty, injustice, and lack of basic necessities. We know that we can’t shoulder the needs of our families, our congregations, our city all by ourselves. We need the support of one another - the church - citywide, Spirit-empowered, diverse, connected.

So we’re setting a table. Providing spaces for Spirit-led conversation and collaboration. A place to be known and understood. A place to grow, to be strengthened & stretched. A place to make a plan of action, together.

Come take a seat.

Partnering with Leaders

For pastors and leaders in Chicago, we offer a unique 2 year Leadership Cohort program aimed at connecting, equipping, and supporting rising leaders in our city. It is Chicago-centric, locally-minded, and our faculty includes some of the best leaders in our city. Members also receive one-on-one coaching and gain a supportive network of peers that crosses denominational, racial, and economic lines.

“Urban church planting can feel like a daunting task. we are so grateful TO TCP for offering us coaching, training, prayer, & Financial support. The Chicago Partnership has been a regular reminder that we are not alone.”

“The Chicago Partnership resourced me with loving friendship, invaluable coaching and training, and strategic Financial generosity. It is one of the best investments in the Kingdom of God in Chicago, by far.”

Partnering with Churches

We partner with churches who are committed to orthodox faith, unity with the broader church of Chicago, missional work in their neighborhood, intentional discipleship, and developing leaders to serve in our city. If you are in leadership at your church and would like talk with one of our leaders about joining TCP’s network of church partners, we would love to hear from you.

Partnering with Organizations

We see all the organizations throughout our city who are working hard to be a light in communities all across Chicago. We want to come alongside organizations to help amplify their voices and bring awareness of their work to our network of pastors and churches. If you work for a local organization and are interested in partnering with us - we would love to hear more about what you do and how we can help.

“At Park we continue to be committed to seeing 1% of our city rooted in gospel community. This vision compels us to actively engage in church planting by partnering with TCP.”
