Fall 2020 Leadership Cohort - Starting soon!
There's still time to apply for our Leadership Cohort starting October 3rd! -- TCP offers a unique two-year Leadership Cohort program aimed at connecting, equipping, and supporting rising leaders in our city. It is Chicago-centric and locally-minded. Our faculty includes some of the best leaders in our city - leaders who have planted, pastored, and revitalized churches in local communities - North to South, Lake to West. Members also receive one-on-one coaching and the opportunity to form supportive relationships with a peer group of city leaders. Led by our Director of Leadership Development, Brian Dye, each cohort meets as a group of 10-15 members on the first Saturday of every month (October- May). Topics covered include the following: Gospel Theology, Personal Life of a Minister, Culture and Contextualization, Community Engagement, Culture of Disciple making, Leadership Development, Team Dynamics, and Leading Through Difficulty.
