We teach, we preach, we study the Word, we meditate on it. But we can be so engulfed in the special revelation of God that we forget to look up to see what’s happening in the world around us.

The best leaders are aware of those weaknesses. However, they often find themselves in spaces where they cannot share those vulnerabilities openly.

Let’s lean into each other during this season. Let’s be ok with our “weakness”.

Making disciples takes discernment, not force. Even then, you still may get it wrong, but there is grace, so press on.
